The following " Maryland County Listings " were created in the memory of the Maryland Soldiers, Sailors, and Merchant Marines that " Gave Their All " to their State and Country during World War II.I've created, and/or found,
" Online Memorials " for these honored men and women using " Find A Grave "
which shows where, or if, they are interred and the majority have a " photo " of their headstones.
Many also have an actual photo of the soldier or sailor as well .....On " The Majority " of the "Find A Grave" online memorials
you will see a small biography for each soldier which includes:Family Names & Links to other Family members;
Where the soldier or sailor lived when they enlisted;
" and " how they actually died during the war.
.The "Bio's" and information has been researched by myself " OR " another Find A Grave member.
Also Please Note: Using " Military Enlistment Records " these men and women are shown as either enlisting from the noted below Maryland counties, residing in the below noted Maryland counties, or having some strong tie to that particular Maryland county during World War II.
