Delaware's Constitution was changed in 1897 to include the office of Lieutenant Governor in the year of 1900.   Prior to this time there was a Speaker of the Senate that was elected by the combined state senators.

I am trying to gather more information about those who have served.   Hopefully more information will be coming soon!   If you know more about any of these Lt. Governors please send me an "e-mail".
